Define your data backup strategy

Remember to set up a backup procedure for your Job Ticketing files—they might not be automatically backed up as part of your existing Job Ticketing backup strategy. You need to backup the following data:

• <install path>/job-ticketing/data/derby—the database, which contains the records of all orders.

  • You can change the storage location of the database.

• <install path>/job-ticketing/data/files—the files uploaded by customers.
