Log in to Job Ticketing

Anyone with Job Ticketing administrator or operator accesscan log in to the Job Ticketing Operator interface. For more information, see Assign administrator level access.

To log in to the Job Ticketing Operator interface:

  1. Go to Job Ticketing install path>/job-ticketing/operator/.
  2. Log in using your Job Ticketing administrator or operator credentials.

To log in to the Job Ticketing Customer interface:

  1. Go to Job Ticketing install path>/job-ticketing/customer/
  2. Log in using your PaperCut MF credentials.
TIP

To switch between the Operator and Customer interface:

  1. Click the arrow next to your user name in the top right of the screen; then select Switch to operator view or Switch to customer view depending on which interface you currently have open.
TIP

To switch to the Job Ticketing Admin interface:

  1. Click the drop-down list next to your user name.
  2. Select Job Ticketing Admin interface.
