Using markdown in Job Ticketing

Markdown is a lightweight markup language with plain text formatting syntax. It is designed so that it can be converted to HTML and many other formats using a tool by the same name. You can use markdown to format text, include hyperlinks to other web pages (such as a map of your location), or mailto links for a contact email address.
