Archiving print job files

This page applies to:

Job Ticketing retains all of the customer orders and uploaded files indefinitely. You can delete the uploaded files as part of your system maintenance procedures.

These files are stored in the following location: <install-path>/job-ticketing/data/files

Under this folder, Job Ticketing creates a sub folder structure that groups the uploaded files by year, month, and day, making it easy for you to identify the files you want to delete. For example: /files/2018/04/28
