When you set up Mobility Print, mDNS is automatically configured—printer discovery for clients should just work! You can find out more about mDNS on the page Printer Discovery - which method is best for you?
All you need to do is test that you can print from each client operating system (for example, Chromebook or iPhone) that your users use. If you have multiple subnets, test each client in each subnet.
