PaperCut MF version and devices

The PaperCut MF version is 19.0.0 or above, and the device is any one of the following:

• Fuji Xerox ApeosPort V+

• HP (OXP)

• Konica Minolta (iOption)

• Kyocera running PaperCut MF for HyPAS version 2.4.0+

• Ricoh SOP running PaperCut MF for SmartSDK version 2.2.4+

• Sindoh (iOption)

• Sharp OSA (HTML Browser n2.0+)

• Toshiba (e-Bridge Open Platform V3+)

• Xerox (EIP 3.0+)

The PaperCut MF version is 19.1.0 or above, and the device is:

• HP (OXP Printer Only)

The PaperCut MF version is 19.1.3 or above, and the device is:

• Canon running PaperCut MF for MEAP version 1.0.0+ on 3rd generation devices

PaperCut MF settings

In the PaperCut MF Admin web interface, ensure:

• users are configured with the relevant cost allocation options and have access to the relevant accounts (see Account selection and Grant access to shared accounts )

• the device is configured with Secure Print Release and Hold/Release queue. For more information, see Secure print release and Hold/release usage scenarios .

• the device does not have automatic release on log in (for example, Fast Release).

• the following config keys are set to Y

  • ext-device.show-print-job-account (See Configure the ability to view attributes of print jobs at the device )

  • ext-device.change-print-job-settings.account.enabled (See Configure the ability to change attributes of print jobs at the device )
