• Promote or force 2-sided printing. 
• Promote or force black & white printing.
• Display messages to users when there seems to be an unusual printing event, like a larger-than-normal number of printed pages or copies  (you can set the number), or when someone’s about to print a duplicate document.
• Stop the accidental printing of documents that you know are restricted.
• Warn users if the paper size they’ve selected might not be supported by the printer.
