Configure Print Deploy in Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI)

Use PaperCut MF version 23.0 and later to deploy print queues to virtual desktop environments such as Citrix, Azure RDS, Mirosoft RDS, and VMWare Horizon.

You can deploy print queues to any virtual desktop session that an end-user is logged into. It makes no difference which operating system (OS) the clients are running - ChromeOS, Linux, or Windows - or how they connected to the main terminal server via virtual desktop software.

Print Deploy uses the VDI Session ID, Clientname, and logged in user details as identifiers for deploying print queues to a virtual desktop session.
