System management

Job Ticketing is a feature of PaperCut MF, so there are minimal system management tasks. However, since it is a separate installation, you might need to do the following:

• Configure the maximum uploaded file size
• Configure the uploaded file storage location
• Configure the database storage location
• Configure the number of decimal places used for prices
• Enable or disable the use of Gravatar
• Configure the pdf page counter mode
• Prevent specific file types from being uploaded
• Configure the server address for links in emails
• Start and stop the Job Ticketing service
• Define your data backup strategy
• Archiving print job files
