We’ve just started a new Knowledge Base site for PaperCut. The site will contain technical information covering PaperCut, its installation, and support. Customers can view an early version of the site at https://www.papercut.com/kb/ . We plan on giving out a password to our customers to allow them to edit and add to the site. In many cases our users know implementation tricks that we would never have thought of ourselves! It will be great to get a wide range of ideas on the site.
