Who will have access to the beta?

We've now finished brewing and our new Full Embedded app has been launched. You can install the new app from your PaperCut Hive admin interface.

All existing and new Hive customers with an active PaperCut Hive account can start using the Integrated Scanning for their Canon MFPs. Also, they can use Quick Scans and the OCR Add-on for free.

I`ve just got a PaperCut Hive subscription. How can I give feedback?

On the PaperCut Hive admin console, the admin can go to the menu on the top right corner > “Contact Support” and give us feedback or contact us directly through the contact PaperCut page. The product and technical support team will respond to any questions, resolve bugs, and have a conversation with some beta testers.

I currently use PaperCut MF. Can I run PaperCut Hive at the same time?

Yes. But you need to ensure at least one of your Canon devices can be switched over to PaperCut Hive to help with testing. An MFD can't run PaperCut MF and PaperCut Hive at the same time. Maybe use the IT department's device?

I’ve only just seen this page. Are there any spots left?
