The app has already undergone extensive testing and is now with Ricoh for certification. Once certified — estimated mid-April — it will be available to all PaperCut Hive customers using Ricoh MFDs.

How it works
Installation
Once available, system-admins can easily install the PaperCut Hive Printer App for Ricoh using One-Click Installation.
- Log in to the PaperCut Hive admin interface.
- Navigate to Printers > Apps > Full Embedded App.
- Enter your Ricoh MFD admin credentials.
- Click Install.
The app installs the binary, configures service program settings, and restarts the device automatically.
Wait for the thumbs up confirmation screen, and you’re ready to go!
Tip: Installation time varies depending on the MFD model — some devices may take longer to reboot.
Day-to-Day User Experience
Once installed, users can:
