Help your support desk to help your users

  • Print Deploy will soon provide more visibility into connected clients (workstations). For example, you’ll be able to see which zones the clients are connected to, the last time each client called in, what software version each client is running, and more.
  • Your support team will be able to assign print queues to clients without changing zone settings. This handy new feature is useful for scenarios when a zone is overkill, like a shared workstation that only has to print to one printer.

Who will have access to the beta?

Any partner or customer with an Advanced Print Enablement Pack or Print Deploy Zone Pack license.

What is expected from me?

We are still building this feature. Initially, we might ask you for feedback on naming and designs. When this feature is functional enough to share with you, we’ll send you instructions on how to enable it in your environment. You’ll have to run the latest version of Print Deploy. At this stage, we would appreciate you using the feature and providing any feedback.
