You can add comments with additional information to your order at any point. These comments might be:
- a response to a query from the Job Ticketing operator - for example, providing more details about the delivery address
- questions you have for the Job Ticketing operator - for example, asking when the order will be complete
- informative - for example, to cancel an order before it has been processed.
To add a comment to an order
- Log in to the Job Ticketing User interface.
- Click Print Rooms & FabLabs.
- Click the order for which you want to view comments.
- Scroll to the Comments area at the bottom of the page.
- In the text box, type your comment.
- Click Post.
