Remember to set up a backup procedure for your Job Ticketing files—they might not be automatically backed up as part of your existing Job Ticketing backup strategy. You need to backup the following data:
<install-path>/job-ticketing/data/derby- the database, which contains the records of all orders.<install-path>/job-ticketing/data/files- the files uploaded by customers.
If you have an existing backup strategy, you can change the storage location of files uploaded by customers, and you can also change the storage location of the database .
