Windows and macOS
For Windows and macOS, there are the three methods of rolling out the Print Deploy client to users’ computers. Choose which method is best for your environment:
- Download the Print Deploy client and manually install it on the users’ computer.
- Deploy it using:
- a mobile device management (MDM) tool, for example, Microsoft Intune or Jamf Pro
- Group Policy
- Have the users download and install the Print Deploy client themselves.
After the client has been installed on users’ computers, users will have access to information in the Use Print Deploy page. Users will access this page by clicking on the Help icon in the Print Deploy client navigation menu.
