Oops! There seems to be a communication problem. We haven’t heard from any of your nodes for a few minutes. Click here for troubleshooting tips.
Our system knows when all your Edge Nodes are down and when this happens your users may not be able to print as the Edge Mesh is down.
How do I fix this?
Let’s run through a few scenarios and see what stage you are at in your system.
I just started setting this up!

Antivirus blocking
Sometimes your Antivirus may block us, we recommend allowing our services to run in order to get your Edge Mesh working.
I’ve already set this up and I haven’t done anything!
Ensure that the network has not gone through any major changes that may block PaperCut. If so, double-check on any changes you have done recently to the network that may block our system.
