List of exported fields for print jobs
The print data export contains the following fields:

|---|---|
| jobId | Print Job’s internal ID |
| jobType | The type of job: “print” for the print job log |
| status | The last recorded status of the job |
| copies | Number of copies of the print job |
| color | Specifies if the print job printed as “monochrome” or “color” |
| pagesInDocColor | How many pages in the document were in color |
| pagesInDocBw | How many pages in the document were in black and white |
| pagesInDocTotal | The total number of pages in the document |
| pagesPrintedColor | Total number of pages were printed in color |
| pagesPrintedBw | Total number of pages were printed in black and white |
| pagesPrintedTotal | Total number of pages printed (Note: not the number of sheets used) |
| sides | Specifies if the print job is simplex or duplex. Can be “one-sided”, “two-sided-long-edge” or “two-sided-short-edge” |
| paperSize | Name of the paper size used, e.g, “A4” (see below) |
| paperHeightMm | Paper dimensions on the long axis in millimeters |
| paperWidthMm | Paper dimensions on the short axis in millimeters |
| printerId | Printer’s internal ID |
| printerName | Printer’s name |
| userEmail | Email address of the user who created the print job |
| userFullName | Full user name (may be blank) |
| userId | User’s internal ID |
| userHostname | Hostname from which the job was originally submitted (may be blank) |
| userIpAddress | IP address from which the job was originally submitted |
| documentName | Name of document, if known |
| documentSizeBytes | Size of spool file in bytes |
| digitalSignature | A unique signature to validate who printed a job, when and where. Also used as a watermark |
| jobCreateTime | The time print job was submitted. Time is in ISO8601 format, rounded to second |
| jobClosedTime | The time at which the job has been closed. Time is in ISO8601 format, rounded to second |
| jobLogTime | The last time the job was updated. Time is in ISO8601 format, rounded to second |

The fax data export contains the following fields:
