Legal documents

These legal documents serve two purposes:

1. We provide Developer Terms and API License Terms. These form part of the agreement between you and PaperCut Software.

2. A template Terms of Service. We provide this to help you create a Customer Terms of Service between you and the customer. Please note that we will want to review your final customer terms before approving your application for availability, and it will be displayed to customer when they first attach your solution to their organizational data.
